We take pride in our American-made quality, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring you include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our Brooklyn warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
