We send off this custom spun yarn that is made by Kraemer Textiles in Nazareth, PA (sadly, now closed) down the highway to Philadelphia to be lot dyed in small batches by Caledonia Dye Works. This time consuming and expensive process is worth it in our opinion as the super soft hand feel makes this the most comfortable hat we make.Ā
